Job summary

The Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is seeking a Fairmont Gold Supervisor to lead the Gold floor team in a luxury hotel setting. This full-time role reports to the Fairmont Gold Manager and carries responsibilities for service quality, guest satisfaction, and departmental coordination in the Georgetown property.

The position carries a rate of pay between $25.00 and $28.50 per hour and requires prior supervisory experience and familiarity with Opera or related systems to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• 2 years of guest service experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Fairmont Gold floors to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure team members have resources to exceed guest expectations.
• Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly Fairmont Gold occupancy.
• Lead the operation of the Fairmont Gold arrival and departures experience.
• Participate in recruitment and training of new Fairmont Gold Attendants.
• Follow department policies, procedures, and safety policies.
