Highgate Hotels invites students to join its 2027 Operations Internship in Fort Worth. The program begins in June and offers rotation across multiple departments in our hotels, providing hands-on experience in hospitality management while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Interns will learn about daily hotel operations, from guest services to back-of-house processes, while developing communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask, multi-shift availability, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees and guests.
• Listen, understand, and clarify concerns.
