Highgate is offering a 2027 Operations Internship in Houston. You will rotate and work in multiple departments within our hotels and learn about the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment.

The internship begins in June and placements will be discussed after submission of the offer. We are seeking students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

• Direct interaction with management and staff requires strong communication.

• Communicate effectively with guests and employees at all levels.
• Listen to concerns and clarify issues raised by guests and staff.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Engage with guests and staff in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain attendance per Highgate Hotel Standards and schedule needs.
• Present a neat appearance and proper uniform.
