Job summary

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with staff and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Listen to concerns and clarify issues raised by employees and guests.
Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
Attend all required meetings and trainings and maintain regular attendance.
Cross-train in other hotel-related areas and apply confidentiality and initiative.
