Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP offers an Intern-Operations (Summer 2027) internship in Miami, Florida. This fully onsite program provides hands-on exposure to multiple hotel departments, guest services, and administrative tasks beginning in June.

Interns must be currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s program and be available to work a full schedule including weekends and holidays. Compensation is USD 20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Attend hotel-required meetings and trainings.
• Assist with daily operations across departments as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to hotel standards.
• Support management with problem-solving and process improvements.
