Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Operations Internship (Summer 2027) in Boston. The role provides hands-on experience across hotel departments, starting in June, with an emphasis on learning hospitality operations in a fast-paced environment.

Interns will rotate through departments, gain insight into revenue management and guest service, and participate in required hotel trainings while maintaining a professional appearance and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Attend hotel meetings and training sessions.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to standards.
• Support cross-training across hotel areas.
