Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead hotel operations and guest satisfaction. You will supervise multiple departments and partner with the General Manager to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications include 5+ years in progressive hotel roles (Rooms or F&B) or a degree with related experience, plus supervisory background and relevant certifications.

• Progressive hotel experience in Rooms or F&B or an associated degree path.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid required or obtainable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple departments and drive hotel profitability with General Manager collaboration.
• Identify and address challenges to keep daily hotel operations efficient.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and develop employees.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure high service standards.
• Handle financial data and reporting to support hotel operations.
