Job summary

Levy seeks a General Manager Of Premium to lead operations, human resources and financial performance across events and venues. You will hire, train and mentor staff, manage costs, and uphold Levy’s standards of hospitality and guest experience.

You will build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensure safety and sanitation, and coordinate with the Director of Operations to deliver exceptional service and show quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a food and beverage operating position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver Levy service standards and guest experiences.
• Hire, train and develop team members to grow capabilities.
• Oversee operations, HR and financials and maintain budget compliance.
• Build relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors and team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and quality standards are consistently met.
