Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to work with the Director of Food & Beverage at the location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader and a strong coach who drives execution and results.

The role emphasizes menus, pricing, budgeting, staff scheduling, and maintaining Levy standards across operations.

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
High level of computer literacy.
Understanding of financial concepts.
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee Operations team and ensure high guest experience, safety, and financial performance.
Coach and develop staff to drive operational performance.
Ensure menus, displays, pricing, and promotions are executed as directed.
Maintain sanitation, security, and inventory controls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and Levy team members.
Forecast staffing and scheduling to align with targets and budgets.
