Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, motivate staff, and uphold a fun guest experience. You will set direction, drive initiatives, and ensure high standards across entertainment, food/beverage, and attractions while maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and team.

You will oversee staff development, training programs, and performance, while working with franchise owners to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Facility Operations & Management
• Experience in hospitality required: Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants
• Strong character and exercises good judgment in decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to achieve expected store financial results in areas of responsibility
• Professional grooming and conduct must be constantly displayed

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and provide mentorship to the staff to further develop their skills
• Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
• Lead and influence managerial staff through effective motivation and delegation of duties
• Maintain a strong community presence through partnership with community and business organizations
• Monitor online reviews to ensure we meet or exceed guest standards
