Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Collaborate with GM to optimize sales, labor, and COGS.
• Manage beverage program and relationships with purveyors.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and dress code standards.
• Engage guests and act as brand ambassador.
