URBN is seeking a hands-on hospitality manager to lead Terrain Cafe Wayland, overseeing floor operations, guest experience, and team performance. The role drives brand standards on the floor while coordinating payroll, scheduling, and purchasing to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will manage inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance, while cultivating an engaging, inclusive team culture in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading hourly teams and delivering brand standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor shifts with high energy and maintain service standards.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, recruiting, and ensuring accurate timekeeping.
