Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to support Regional Management with the financial, operational, safety and service success at their hotel portfolio. You will lead and develop hotel teams, manage schedules, training, and client relationships, and ensure revenue growth, cost control, and exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is desired.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Experience in hospitality (parking, hotels, restaurants) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service success at the hotel(s).
• Direct activities of Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, Shift Leads and frontline staff.
• Drive revenue, control expenses and maximize customer satisfaction by upholding safety and service standards.
• Attend stand-up and client meetings and assist in recruiting and onboarding of staff.
• Develop the hotel team to achieve annual goals and initiatives while upholding LAZ Parking culture.
