Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Area Manager, Hospitality to oversee hotel locations, focusing on financials, operations, safety, and service excellence. You will lead Hospitality Managers and staff while supporting other hotels in the market, driving revenue, cost control, and high client satisfaction.

You will travel to different hospitality locations as needed, build client relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities or properties preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financials, operations, safety and service for assigned hotel location and others in the market.
• Supervise Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, and frontline staff; plan and schedule activities.
• Drive revenue while controlling expenses and maintaining safety/service standards as per client expectations.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, ensure safety initiatives are implemented.
