Job summary

LAZ Parking’s LAZ Hospitality team seeks a Hospitality Manager to oversee the financial, operational, safety and service success at their hotel(s). You will lead hotel staff, plan and train managers, and drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications include 1+ year management experience in hospitality, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year of management experience in hospitality.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high customer expectations.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service success at the hotel.
• Manage, train and direct Assistant Hospitality Managers and frontline staff.
• Drive revenue and control expenses while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare budgets and regular financial/operational reports.
