Responsibilities include managing shift leads and frontline staff, driving service results, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring adherence to contractual requirements while maintaining safety thresholds and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service success at the hotel.
• Manage shift leads and frontline staff through planning, scheduling, training.
