Highgate Hotels is offering a 2027 Operations Internship that lets you rotate through multiple hotel departments. You will gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment, with hotel placement discussed after offer submission, and the program begins in June.

The role requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, and demands strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and provide feedback to management.
• This is a fully onsite internship; candidates must reside in the internship city for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and employees at all levels in a friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Listen carefully to concerns from employees and guests and address them appropriately.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines during a fast-paced environment.
• Attend all hotel meetings and trainings and maintain regular attendance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel standards and regulations.
• Support cross-training in other hotel-related areas as needed.
