Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide feedback to management.
• Flexible schedule; able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Fully onsite internship; candidates must reside in the internship city for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests in a friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Listen to and clarify concerns from employees and guests.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all hotel meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance according to hotel standards and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform and nametag.
• Comply with hotel standards to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Identify problems and assist in implementing solutions to improve productivity.
• Understand and apply complex information from various sources to meet objectives.
• Cross-train in other hotel areas as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Show initiative and anticipate guest or operational needs.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
