Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Learning & Development professional to plan, coordinate, and deliver training initiatives across the property. The role includes identifying training needs, executing programs, maintaining records, and supporting a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years in L&D or hospitality, strong communication and facilitation skills, and a good grasp of hospitality operations and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, hospitality, business or related field.
• 1–3 years in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, employee engagement, and training methodologies preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for developing people and a culture of learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver learning and development initiatives across the hotel.
• Assist in identifying training needs and executing training programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee development.
• Foster a strong learning culture and promote service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt training standards, grooming standards, and mandatory training requirements.
