Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Assistant Learning Manager to oversee the learning & development function at our resort. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align employee skills with organizational goals while maintaining Hyatt brand standards.

The role requires strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills, plus a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management and at least two years' experience in hospitality training.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Learning Manager (Assistant Training Manager) or Training Executive in Hospitality Industry.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Oversee the efficient running of the learning & development functions in line with corporate strategies and Hyatt brand standards, meeting expectations of employees, guests and owners.
