Job summary

Tishman Speyer is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to oversee, develop, and roll out hospitality training forProperty Management teams across the U.S. You will drive initiatives to elevate the hospitality experience and embed service standards across the portfolio, reporting to the Senior Director of Property Management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in L&D (hospitality preferred), strong communication and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel 30–40% across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, focus in hospitality, HR, or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in learning & development, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision making and presentation abilities.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% across the U.S. portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and rollout of hospitality training across the U.S. portfolio.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing L&D programs for property teams.
• Collaborate with Property Management to elevate customer experience.
• Develop leadership programs and coaching initiatives for hospitality staff.
• Track learning metrics, ROI, and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate training center operations, scheduling, and resources.
