Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience in hospitality.
• Strong background in hospitality training, leadership development, and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with frontline, managers, and senior leadership.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning, or instructional design.
• Familiarity with Paycom Learning, Articulate 360/Rise/Storyline, Canva, Camtasia, or similar tech is a plus.
• Hospitality or multi-unit Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging training for Food & Beverage and hospitality teams.
• Lead LMS and learning technology initiatives.
• Create digital, video, microlearning, and interactive content.
• Use data analytics to measure training effectiveness.
• Partner with HR and Operations to identify performance gaps and implement solutions.
• Support adoption of new technology and processes among staff and leaders.
