King's Fish House in Carlsbad is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and uphold premium service standards. You will coach the crew, partner with the kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Two years of experience as a manager.
• Flexible schedule required—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Good longevity in current and past positions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to reach up to 6 feet.
• Ability to move through narrow aisles and spaces.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily restaurant operations from ordering to guest relations and service standards.
• Manages front-of-house and coordinates with kitchen to ensure quality and service.
• Oversees financials: cash handling, vendor relations, invoicing, and revenue integrity.
• Manages human resources for the crew, including interviews and staffing.
• Forecasts product needs based on inventory and sales trends.
• Writes schedules for servers, bartenders, hosts, and supervisors.
• Contributes to incentive programs and sales/marketing efforts.
