Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards. You will lead inspections, training, and daily operations to uphold exceptional service.

The role involves coordinating with Front Office, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the hotel. The position offers opportunities to mentor staff and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for staffing and inventory.
• Ability to plan and supervise team activities.
• Capable of resolving conflicts and guiding staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards for guest rooms and public areas.
