Job summary

Ascent Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and laundry, ensuring outstanding cleanliness and guest satisfaction while partnering with maintenance and front office teams.

Candidates should have prior supervisor or hotel management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and inspections in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in Supervisor or Manager role.
• Previous experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical skills and supervision principles.
• Ability to plan and organize team activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer Housekeeping operations including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Lead and develop team members, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Laundry teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
