Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team in Vandelay culture.
• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure elevated guest experiences.
• Model polished hospitality and empower team members.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and solutions.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and development.
• Handle scheduling and labor management.
• Monitor financial metrics like labor and COGS.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution.
