Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in restaurant/hospitality management preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Lead by example with a high-energy, service-oriented approach.
• Address guest concerns with creative and effective solutions.
• Interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Mentor team through cross-training and leadership support.
• Oversee reservations and events to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage weekly staff schedules with the General Manager.
• Maintain highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Vandelay standards.
