Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a motivated leader to build a high-energy team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee scheduling, product ordering, cost monitoring and recruitment to keep operations running smoothly on the restaurant floor.

You will coach and mentor staff, model Freddy's standards of hospitality, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and vendor relations across the location.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk 10 hours/day.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to oversee store operations and varied hours.
• Hazards include cuts, slips, trips, falls and burns.
