Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a shift lead or manager in a full-service, casual dining or quick-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver guest service and develop people.
• Experience reading financial statements, sales or activity reports to measure productivity and goals.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality and Cleanliness and teach them to the team.
• Lead by example on the restaurant floor; manage time and priorities efficiently.
