Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Manager to own day-to-day configuration, administration, and support of Aloha, Restaurant 365, and Paylocity across all locations in Indianapolis.

You will work with the finance team and technology partners to keep data accurate and reporting reliable, ensuring smooth operations during openings and ongoing system maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years hands-on experience in Aloha and/or Restaurant365
• Technical comfort navigating POS back-office tools, ERP reporting, and HRIS basics
• Detail-oriented in a multi-location environment where data accuracy matters

Responsibilities

• Own Aloha menu, pricing, and modifier setup across all locations
• Maintain R365 chart of accounts, GL mapping, and reporting configuration
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues across POS, ERP, and HRIS systems
• Support openings by standing up POS, network, and system access
• Build dashboards for labor cost, COGS, and inventory reporting
• Coordinate with MSP and POS reseller; escalate issues to resolution
• Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and maintain inventories across locations
