Job summary

BarFly in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Hospitality Systems Administrator to own and support restaurant POS, loyalty, and internal IT across 14 locations and two concepts. This hands-on role reports to the Director of IT and balances restaurant tech with back-office IT, traveling as needed.

You will configure Toast POS, maintain CTUIT/R365 mappings, manage Microsoft 365 accounts, security tools, and device deployments, and train staff on system changes while implementing predictable, reliable IT

Qualifications

• Experience independently supporting restaurant POS and internal IT systems across multiple locations.
• Toast configuration skills and understanding of restaurant service, promotions, and reporting.
• Microsoft 365 administration, device support, and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own Toast POS configuration including items, menus, pricing, modifiers, and promotions; deploy changes to correct locations.
• Maintain CTUIT/R365 mappings and resolve reporting issues with accounting/ops.
• Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, licenses; support onboarding and device management.
• Assist with site deployments, travel to locations, and train staff on system changes.
