Job summary

Sun Holdings seeks an IT Manager, Restaurant Systems, to oversee POS and technology operations for one of its primary brands while providing support to others. You will manage POS systems, infrastructure, and integrations to ensure reliable, secure operations across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
• 5+ years of experience supporting restaurant or retail IT systems, with POS focus.
• Strong understanding of POS platforms such as Toast, Aloha, Sicom, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all technology functions for restaurant operations.
• Manage and support POS systems, data accuracy, uptime, and integration with corporate infrastructure.
• Oversee installations, configurations, and updates across hardware and software, including vendor management and payment systems.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and other departments to identify tech needs and improve workflows.
