Job summary

Prime Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Business Systems Manager in Indianapolis to own the day-to-day configuration, administration, and support of Aloha, Restaurant 365, and Paylocity across all locations. This hands-on role ensures menus, pricing, integrations, and reporting stay reliable for rapid growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years’ hands-on experience with Aloha and/or Restaurant 365, strong POS/ERP navigation skills, and a focus on data integrity in a multi-location

Qualifications

• 3–7 years hands-on configuration in Aloha and/or Restaurant 365 in a multi-location environment.
• Experience navigating POS back-office tools, ERP reporting, and HRIS administration.
• Attention to data accuracy across multiple locations.
• Ability to explain system issues clearly to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day system configuration and support for Aloha, R365, and Paylocity across all locations.
• Build and maintain dashboards for labor cost, COGS, and inventory reporting.
• Coordinate with MSPs and POS resellers to resolve issues and manage licenses.
