Job summary

Encore is seeking an Internet Lead to provide intermediate technical support for internet services in a hospitality environment. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth events.

You will mentor other technicians, coordinate with hotel staff and clients, and work within Encore systems to manage invoices and services. This role requires strong communication and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of internet services support experience.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Technical level 200 certified; location certification within 30 days.
• Familiar with internet services, bandwidth, IP networks, webcasting.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down intermediate AV and internet equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and resolve problems.
• Ensure security and safety measures; prevent theft or damage.
• Meet guest needs and verify equipment setup is working.
• Lead and mentor technicians; foster world-class service.
• Coordinate with clients to finalize invoices.
• Work with Encore systems and applications as needed.
