Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Internet Lead to provide intermediate level technical support for internet services in a hospitality environment. You will set up, operate, test, and troubleshoot AV and network equipment to ensure flawless event tech delivery.

You will work with hotel staff and clients, mentor junior technicians, and maintain strong client relations while adhering to Encore’s standards for service, safety, and reliability. Irregular hours and on-call status are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot intermediate audiovisual and internet equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and mentor other technicians.
• Understand and follow hotel/client relationships and obligations.
• Interact with clients on site and ensure equipment setup works properly.
• Work within Encore systems and applications as needed.
