Level99 in Natick, MA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, policy compliance, and payroll administration across our venues.

This hands-on role requires 8+ years in hospitality HR, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage payroll in UKG, maintain a positive workplace culture, and support performance development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Human Resources, hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Experience with recruitment including active sourcing.
• Experience with employee relations and service-industry dynamics.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to promote positive, fair, ethical relations as Level99 ambassador.
• Discretion handling confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license and reliable car.
• Adaptability to flexible schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including postings and interviews.
• Advise managers on HR policies, investigations, and employee relations.
• Develop and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Support performance management and professional development plans.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration, including UKG data upkeep.
• Maintain a positive, proactive workplace culture across venues.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
