Job summary

Level99 is hiring an HR Generalist to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance across our hospitality venues. You will manage end-to-end hiring, advise managers, and support payroll and benefits administration using UKG.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in HR within hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to multiple venues. A bachelor’s degree in HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with hospitality background.
• Experience with recruitment, including active sourcing.
• Experience with employee relations in the service industry.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Ability to promote positive, fair, ethical relations as an ambassador of Level99.
• Navigate confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Travel to multiple venues as required.
• Reliable car and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, active sourcing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies ensuring legal compliance.
• Keep policies updated with changes in employment laws.
• Support performance management processes and professional development plans.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration using the UKG platform.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and lead special projects.
