Distinctive Hospitality Group in Natick, MA is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, and benefits queries for three properties. This role offers growth in a dynamic hospitality environment and exposure to full HR operations.

You will handle postings, coordinate interviews, assist with payroll and benefits enrollment, maintain databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases in a timely manner.
• Coordinate employee training sessions and company events.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Assist with payroll administration and benefits enrollment as needed.
