Job summary

Level99 Entertainment seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee a broad range of HR functions across hospitality venues. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy development to enhance a high-energy guest experience.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and comfort working across multiple locations while advancing the Level99 brand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Human Resources with hospitality industry experience.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment and active sourcing.
• Strong employee relations experience in service environments.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Ability to promote positive relations as Level99 brand ambassador.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Google Suite and/or MS Office; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: manage end-to-end recruitment, postings, screening, interviews, onboarding; support diverse roles.
• Employee Relations: advise on HR policies and best practices; resolve issues and foster inclusive environment.
• HR Policies and Compliance: develop and update policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Performance Management: support goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: assist payroll in UKG; manage health, retirement, and perks.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and inspire others.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
