Job summary

Level99 is seeking an HR Generalist to manage a broad set of HR functions in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, policy compliance, and performance management across multiple venues, with benefits administration and payroll support.

A strong ambassador for the Level99 brand and discreet handling of confidential matters are essential. The role offers a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience, hospitality industry preferred.
• Experience with recruitment and active sourcing.
• Experience with employee relations in service industry.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to promote positive, ethical relations as Level99 ambassador.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Willingness to travel periodically across multiple venues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across venues (G&A to hospitality roles).
• Collaborate with managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures and compliance.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues and investigations.
• Support performance management processes and development plans.
• Assist payroll updates in UKG and administer benefits programs.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude within the team.
• Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned.
