Job summary

Level99 is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruiting, employee relations, policy development, and payroll/benefits administration across our hospitality-focused venues. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Level99’s brand and guest experience.

You will partner with venue leadership to implement HR processes, manage performance, and ensure legal compliance while supporting flexible scheduling and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience, hospitality preferred.
• Experience with recruitment and active sourcing.
• Experience with employee relations in service industry.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations as Level99 brand ambassador.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for varied roles across venues.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Employee Relations: advise on HR policies and best practices; resolve issues.
• HR Policies and Compliance: assist policy development and ensure legal compliance.
• Performance Management: support reviews and development plans.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: assist payroll and benefits management (UKG focus).
• Maintain positive, proactive team environment and take on special projects.
