Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking an On-Site Human Resources Manager to partner with resort leadership in administering People & Culture programs. You will manage onboarding, training, benefits, HR compliance, and employee communications to support a positive staff experience.

The role requires strong organization, hospitality mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, hospitality or hotel background preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred, with effective communication in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operations in partnership with the Director of People & Culture.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance.
• Support benefits inquiries and HRIS questions.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies and processes.
• Assist with training, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
