Job summary

Island Oaks RV Resort, managed by NDM Hospitality Services, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead on-site HR and full-cycle recruitment. You will partner with resort leadership to drive employee experience, engagement, and HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, shaping culture and workforce performance across the property. A strong HR background in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, or multi-unit environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for resort roles across departments.
• Develop sourcing strategies via Indeed, LinkedIn, hospitality boards, and local pipelines.
• Forecast hiring needs with department leaders and improve hiring outcomes.
• Conduct interviews and coach managers on selection best practices.
• Lead onboarding programs for rapid integration and engagement.
• Serve as trusted HR advisor for the property and influence culture and engagement.
