Job summary

Level99 in Boston is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy compliance across multiple hospitality venues. You will partner with leaders to drive best practices and ensure a positive, compliant workplace.

The role covers performance management, payroll and benefits administration, and ongoing policy improvement. Travel to venues is required, and hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with hospitality industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with recruitment, including active sourcing.
• Experience with employee relations, investigation techniques, and performance management.
• Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Ability to navigate confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, active sourcing, and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor to team members and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including goal‑setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
• Assist in payroll processes and administer employee benefits programs.
• Travel periodically for staffing and operations across multiple venues.
