The role involves coordinating new hire onboarding, maintaining records, assisting with benefits and payroll support, and handling employee inquiries while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 0–4 years of HR/administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from offer to first day.
• Maintain new hire paperwork, records, and files.
• Coordinate background checks, I-9 and pre-employment forms.
• Support payroll, PTO, and client-related processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Recruiting, and managers.
