Job summary

Margaritaville Nashville is seeking a Housing & Events Operations Coordinator to support Sales & Events and Front Office, ensuring reservations and event logistics run smoothly behind the scenes.

Based in the Sales office, this role collaborates with the Event Planning Manager, Director of Sales, and other departments to deliver an exceptional onsite experience for group and business travel guests and event attendees.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel sales experience preferred.
• Experience with INFOR HMS, Delphi, or comparable hospitality systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer reservations for group, corporate, business transient, and consortia channels.
• Establish, maintain, and audit contracted group room blocks with accurate rates, dates, and inventory.
• Process group rooming lists, changes, cancellations, room shares, and special arrangements.
• Monitor group pickup and inventory; escalate risks and deadlines.
• Reconcile housing information between INFOR HMS and Delphi; audit block adjustments.
• Maintain reports and investigate booking or rate discrepancies for various segments.
• Assist Front Office with house balancing and pre-arrival reservation audits.
• Identify and escalate oversell risks and inventory concerns; seek proper authorization.
