Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and represent Virgin Hotels to guests and clients.
• Prepare contracts, proposals, emails, mailing lists and invoices; assist with reporting.
• Coordinate guest room blocks, banquet event orders, and amenity setup.
• Support sales managers on trips or events; assist in site inspections and client briefings.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless events and guest experiences.
