Qualifications

• Previous hotel, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable handling cash and basic math.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Proactive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Check guests in and out following procedures.
• Process reservations, room changes, cancellations, and requests.
• Create and distribute room keys with proper security.

• Offer directions and recommendations to guests.
