Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth, Hospitality to lead the growth strategy for the hospitality segment, shaping the long‑term vision and roadmap for profitable expansion. You will unite data insights, commercial strategy, and ecosystem partnerships while driving the segment’s revenue number.

You will collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and operations to scale offerings, expand national accounts, and advance compelling vertical narratives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hospitality with proven commercial growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, partnerships, P&L management and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align product-market fit with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to grow the hospitality vertical and expand the location base.
• Open and win deals with national accounts and co-sell with regional teams.
• Establish vertical-standard commercial structures and favorable terms for growth.
• Scale B2B marketing, press coverage, and industry presence across major events.
• Build key partnerships with consultants, advisors, and enterprise brands.
• Collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and operations to roadmap vertical offerings.
• Translate customer input into product-market fit and drive impact.
