Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth, Hospitality, to drive the growth strategy for the hospitality segment. This executive will shape the long-term vision, align data-driven insights with commercial strategy, and partner across product, sales, marketing, and operations to lead market expansion.

The role focuses on enterprise partnerships, vertical marketing, and scaling recognition technology within major hospitality brands, reporting into senior leadership with a four-day-in-office model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the hospitality industry with proven commercial growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, and P&L management.
• Extensive contacts and an established network of vertical-specific partners.
• Skilled in financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to grow the hospitality vertical and location base across regions.
• Open and win deals in key national accounts within the hospitality vertical.
• Scale hospitality B2B marketing initiatives and industry presence.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, channel partners, and enterprise networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale core offerings and roadmap vertical products.
• Translate customer input into product-market fit and drive impact from products.
• Define vertical product roadmaps and verification strategies, including biometric integrations.
• Commercialize and scale the Metropolis Recognition Platform in hospitality.
• Establish dashboards with data teams to show value for hoteliers.
